I purchased our used Cobalt 250 from Lake Viking Marina and have had it serviced there since. During our purchase negotiations a few things were promised to be fixed. Our salesman, Luke, and with the help of Truman in parts/service, ensured all items were taken care of and looked great afterwards. This spring I had a few issues with the boat and made the call for help to Lake Viking service. They arranged to pick-up my boat the next morning, fixed my problem, and delivered it back in just over a week. The boat looked great upon its return. The owner, Randy, stood behind his service and delivered back as promised. I've had it on the water since its return and everything is operating as it should and the family is happy on the water again. I'm grateful to Lake Vikings service promise and their communication with me. Randy was also very involved in his customers satisfaction and that resonates down to all employees.
